Document shredding is now required as part of the FACTA law that states that
companies must discard important personal and business documents in a safe way
eliminating any chance of identity theft. All records, files, and data are just
as important to us as they are to you, as is the information entrusted to you
by your customers, employee's, clients and patients. Therefore, it is crucial
that this material is disposed of properly following strict and confidential policies,
procedures, and protocol.
How does it work?
At the end of each scanning project, Premier Scanning will issue the customer
their scanned data on output of choice. After scanning, we hold the files for
thirty days (at no charge) to ensure that there are no issues with the electronic
files. Then, after confirming with you, we will shred the files, recycle the paper,
and provide a detailed certificate of destruction. |
